Business Development Representative

SCOPE OF WORK:

AGS Health is seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for identifying qualified leads and setting up meetings for quota-carrying associates.


JOBS-TO-BE-DONE (JTBDs):


Conduct pre-call research and planning

Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, social media and in person

Qualify opportunities

Facilitate call campaigns targeting tradeshow leads

Update Salesforce.com and other company tools with activity-based data

Collaborate with peers, managers, marketing, and quota-carrying associates to identify strategies and assess results


KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Candidate qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree or 2+ years industry experience
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with writing and delivering presentations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics


Preferred

  • At least 1 year sales experience
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Healthcare revenue cycle management experience



Compliance:

Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA, and HR policies


  • Should adhere to applicable Do s & Don ts of implemented Information Security Management System (IEC/ISO 27001:2013) and HIPAA regulations
  • Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management
