Working Hours/Shift:
Monday - Friday, AM shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications)
:- High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification courses or equivalent in vocational training or apprenticeship in construction/maintenance trade(s) preferred.
- One (1) year building maintenance experience required, three (3) years preferred.
- Experience working with State CCL and DHCS, local fire authority, OSHA, and TJC regulations is highly preferred.
- Valid California Driver's License and clear DMV printout, required.
- Valid California Class "B" Driver's License, preferred.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position performs a variety of tasks to assist the Sr. Facilities Manager in maintaining the physical plant, equipment, vehicles and grounds of assigned facilities. This position also provides for the vehicle maintenance for all assigned vehicles. This position will assist in managing facility related projects including acquisitions, rentals, remodeling and additions, and moves. At the direction of the Sr. Facilities Manager, coordinates with SBGH IT department on phone and IT installations. Evaluates facility service vendors and advises Sr. Facilities Manager on vendor performance. At the direction of the Sr. Facilities Manager, coordinates with agencies on the maintenance of all company owned and leased equipment and vehicles. Ensures all sites are in compliance for all regulations, including State CCL and DHCS, fire, OHSA, county and other contracts, TJC accreditation, internal SBHG TQM, and any other relevant standards regarding facility operations, maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety. Works closely with facility staff on resolving maintenance requests. Completes any other tasks as assigned by the Sr. Facilities Manager.
