Description

The Environmental Compliance Coordinator is responsible for administering the Environmental Compliance Inspection Program across the entire US footprint of JFPG.

Primary duties

  • Maintain compliance management software
  • Review NOV (Notice of Violations) or action item list noted during inspections or testing of customer sites, utilize customer's contract protocols to correct action items
  • Review NOV issued by state regulatory agencies and received by customers, and load action items into the compliance management software
  • Create repair work orders in field service management software for each customer's site with open action item list.
  • Monitor status of Environmental Compliance dashboard at contracted inspection sites, and close action items in compliance management software upon successful completion of repairs by JFPG technicians.
  • Create and/or maintain efficient schedules for inspection and testing work.
  • Dispatch and/or work with dispatchers to issue work orders to compliance staff, ensuring schedules and customer satisfaction is met.
  • Review and familiarize self with compliance contracts, providing details as needed.
  • Utilizing location's regulatory guidelines to create reoccurring schedules then load those dates in compliance management software for monthly, annual, and triennial inspections/testing for customer sites.
  • Review/Scrub testing paperwork for accuracy before being submitted to customer and state agencies.
  • Update internal databases with Federal, State, and/or Local environmental regulation information as updated or released

Additional duties
  • Point person to train field-based and management teams on compliance management software.
  • Assist field-based teams with loading site equipment inventory and data into compliance management software & assist with questions related to use of the compliance inspection app
  • Work closely with Management team(s), Dispatchers, Repair technicians, and Compliance Staff to assure timely completion of site repairs and testing.
  • Work closely with JFPG central team performing 24/7 site monitoring via Insite360 Forecourt product
  • Maintain communication with sales team as new customers are enrolled in Inspection & Compliance Services program.
  • Evaluate day-to-day processes and make suggestions on ways to improve.
  • Meet with clients and vendors, as needed, to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Obtain and maintain certification in State(s) A/B operator programs and manufacture(s) testing equipment


Requirements

  • Familiarity with retail and commercial petroleum equipment service and maintenance delivery
  • Familiarity with ServiceMax field service management software (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Pass Tools or Titan compliance management software (or equivalent)
  • Well versed in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • General awareness of environmental regulations affecting the operation of storage systems that contain and dispense petroleum products
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to oversee multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Good team player
  • Able and willingness to travel
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
