Altamira is searching for a full-time graphic designer in Dayton, OH needed to assist with graphics for a variety of mediums.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Sr. Graphic Designer with developing figures in Illustrator or PowerPoint for proposals, including charts, graphs, flowcharts
- Works with Proposal Team to brainstorm graphic ideas and develop figures/graphics that illustrate complex topics
- Communicates graphic progress with proposal team to ensure deadlines are met
- Assists Sr. Graphic Designer with developing graphics for corporate communications including newsletters, website, social media, ads (recruiting, etc.) posters, sales collateral
- Works well under deadline pressures and acts professionally at all times
Job Qualifications:- Proficient with Illustrator
- Competent in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to creatively illustrate complex technical processes and procedures
- Understanding of visual elements (typography, fonts, layout)
- Good organizational capabilities, with attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- While not required, it would be preferred for applicants to have some level of DoD Security Clearance (ideally, TS/SCI). In the absence of a clearance, all applicants MUST have the ability to obtain a DoD TS/SCI clearance. As such, non-US citizens cannot be considered.
