HVAC Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train and improve the filed technicians.
- Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
HVAC Service Manager Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills -proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
- EPA Certification
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle deadlines.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
HVAC Service Tech Key Responsibilities:
- Run demand service calls and run system tune ups
- Complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to run overtime and weekend calls
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record
