Looking for Immediate Placement for a Residential Service Manager and Service Technicians. The job description below is for the Service Manager, please message for information on the Service Technician.


HVAC Service Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train and improve the filed technicians.
  • Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
  • Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.


HVAC Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership skills -proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle deadlines.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.


HVAC Service Tech Key Responsibilities:

  • Run demand service calls and run system tune ups
  • Complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience
  • Ability to run overtime and weekend calls
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
