The primary purpose of the role is to manage Life Sciences construction projects to meet budgets, schedules, and customer expectations. The company is a leading MEP services provider that specializes in Pharmaceutical projects
You will plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage the contracted work scope. You will be expected to manage all project costs, labor, and necessary project documentation on your projects.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain an understanding of mechanical and life science systems and the related codes and industry standards.
Complete projects within schedule constraints.
Prepare, implement, and monitor a detailed construction plan on major jobs
Responsible for the overall financial performance of the projects, including monthly forecasting and cash flow analysis.
Develop favorable relationships with life science customers and promptly turn over promising sales leads
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related pharmaceutical and/or life science field experience.
5-10 years of experience in project management of mechanical and life science process systems within manufacturing plants. Ideal candidate will have experience working in pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industries, life sciences, and/or gas production facilities. Experience with sanitary BPE and high purity piping is a must.
