ID&C is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing Conventions and Sports divisions in Bradenton, Florida. Who will excel in this role?
If you are an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for live events, specifically conventions and sports, then you could be perfect for this role. Sales or customer service experience is a big bonus, but if you can get behind our mission to deliver the best quality service, products, and experience to our customers, then we believe we can teach you the rest.
What you will be doing:
- Help retain and grow customer accounts: contact existing customers via email and phone to upsell on new products and opportunities.
- Own the sales process: respond to sample requests, quote our range of products, and close the final order.
- New business development: take inbound leads, make outbound calls/emails, and attend tradeshows.
- Stay organized: maintain the company s customer database with accurate information and detail.
- Communicate with all departments in the organization: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Logistics, Finance, and Production.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven ability with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook email
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with CRM is a bonus.
