The EI Specialist supports children and their families to enhance the development and learning of infants and toddlers through individualized, developmentally appropriate coaching and activities within the child's and family's everyday life in their home. Provide home and community-based services as a member of the transdisciplinary team to children birth to 3 years old. Engage caregivers through parent coaching sessions to maximize child growth and development. Participate in a collaborative team approach; through IFSP teams, facilitating playgroups or as a member of a developmental evaluation team.
