My client, a leading distribution company based out of Nashville, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their team. Permanent direct hire. Onsite in Antioch M-F with flexible starting times. Great work/life balance. Awesome growth opportunity. Up to $60k plus discretionary bonus.

Overview of the Logistics Supervisor:

The Logistics Supervisor performs customs clearance and tracks shipments.
Works with trucking company to deliver demo/sold units.
Quotes pricing and availability of machines.
Assists with bid preparation for buy boards and municipalities.
Assists with price updates and conducts customer surveys.
Prepares quotes, sales orders, machine sales invoicing, correspondence, and mail outs for retail sales.
Files work orders, correspondence, truck bills, etc., as necessary.
Helps train and supervise product line coordinators to ensure KPIs are hit.
Interacts with factory for delivery updates and shipment information.
Provides mgmt. with reporting.
Works with mgmt. on process approval.
Weekly catchup calls with outside sales staff.

Preferred Qualifications of the Logistics Supervisor:

Logistics supervisory experience.
VLOOKUP experience is a must.
Ability to work onsite in Antioch M-F.
