We ll provide training and resources so you can successfully evaluate a caller s situation to determine proper next steps to resolve the homeowner s concerns. You're motivated by the opportunity to proactively problem solve, address a customer's concerns, and find a resolution that creates a positive outcome.This position starts at $22.50/hour and will be onsite in our Reston, VA office.W e offer shift flexibility during both our core business hours (8am to 3pm Monday - Friday) and weekends.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete paid training to learn and demonstrate proficiency with standard operating procedures and systems/technologyConsistently deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced, high volume, call center environmentManage and respond to customer service issues via phone and email in a timely mannerAccurately capture and record details of customer service requests in customer relationship management (CRM) system while speaking with callersCommunicate directly with field warranty employees to coordinate an action plan for homeowner s concernsKeep current with knowledge of NVR products and warranty proceduresWhat We Look For in a Candidate1 - 3 years of professional experience in customer serviceDemonstrated ability to interact with customers, build rapport, and manage relationships over the phoneHighly-driven proactive problem solverStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient typing skills with ability to document call notes during customer interactionsFamiliarity with the Homebuilding industry or NVR s products is a plusMaintain a 3 to 5 day work week, working approximately 20-25 hours a weekAbout Us & Life at NVRNVR has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
