The Beyer Automotive Group is a family ran business, currently selling and servicing Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen across greater Washington DC and Shenandoah Valley at five separate locations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
* Calculate and process the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
* High Visibility Position: Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise
* Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
* Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.
* Filing daily
* Switchboard operating
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.
* Superior customer service skills
* Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Dealership experience
* Ability to work some evenings and weekends
* Professional personal appearance
