Seasonal Poolside Culinary Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Army Navy Country Club is seeking FUN, ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, TEAM PLAYER Seasonal Cooks to work in our outdoor pool caf.

Position is seasonal and will be from May-September

Seasonal Cook will report to head chef

Responsibilities

  • Offer friendly five-star service!
  • Excels in performing all tasks to include runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/ dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks and cashier.
  • Maintain fast accurate service, ensures an excellent member and guest experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with club standards.
  • Makes sure the caf (Dive Inn) is up to standards with regards to cleanliness, and neatness.
  • Works as a team player to support other employees complete their tasks.
  • Completes all other duties assigned as necessary.
  • Priorities safety and proper cleanliness of outdoor pool caf


Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment, but not required.
  • Must have a great attitude and the desire to work.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of food allergies, cross contamination, dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian. (ServSafe)


Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills are required
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
  • Must be able to operate a cash register.


Star date May 19th, 2024

General Schedule Monday-Friday 10-8:00pm

Saturday and Sunday 9-8:00pm

This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
