**BUILDING SERVICES-NWA**

**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**

Provide custodial services to ensure facilities are clean, housekeeping supplies, kitchen and bathroom products are stocked and supplied as necessary.

**PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- **Working safely is our companys number one business objective. Each employee must be dedicated in his or her safety responsibility while conducting business. It will be a condition of employment that all employees are expected to work safely and contribute to the safety of others.**

- Clean bathrooms (4) toilets, sinks, mop, restock.

- Clean kitchen, coffee area, popcorn machine, refrigerator, & microwave.

- Clean offices (10) dust, mop, pick up, trash, swifter.

- Clean cubicles (9), conference rooms (3).

- Empty trash throughout the building.

- Vacuum carpet.

- Sweep storage bay exits.

- Wash front door window.

- Wash office windows every two to three months.

- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:**

Minimum requirement; High school/GED preferred plus 6 months related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
