**Position Overview:**
K2 has a position open at our corporate office in Allen Park, MI for a Warehouse Technician /Dispatcher who will be responsible for the overall coordination of personnel, equipment and supplies needed to service multiple internal and external customer requests. Typical duties will include:
* Receiving calls from customers and scheduling work accordingly
* Manage DOT related documents such as mileage logs, vehicle inspection reports, etc.
* Manage operations related documents such as dispatch sheets, material requisitions, daily job reports, etc.
* Maintain general appearance, cleanliness, housekeeping of the warehouse facility; may be required to perform weather related duties (snow removal, cleaning off equipment exposed to the elements)
* Inspect all equipment returned from work sites
* Load and unload material, product and supplies from trucks and trailers
* Pick up equipment and supplies from vendor, deliver as needed to sites
* Coordinating with management on the availability of personnel, equipment and supplies
* Daily scheduling of personnel
* Daily scheduling of equipment
* Load / unload vehicles and trailers
* Inspect returning vehicles for cleanliness, damage, fuel level, etc.
* Observe all safety policies and regulations including use of personal protective equipment, safe driving practices and maintain a drivers license
* Be available for work as needed with on call expectations
**Minimum Qualifications include:**
* High school diploma or GED
* Michigan Chauffeur s license
* Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Familiar with the materials, equipment and supplies used in industrial cleaning
* Familiar with dispatch and warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology
* Proper phone and email etiquette
* Ability to work industry seasonal outages such as holidays, weekends and off shift hours
* Previous Dispatching experience a plus
* Prefer 1 year of industrial related experience or warehouse work
