Ticket Operations & CRM Manager


Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Operations & CRM Manager to join our team. He/she will lead all aspects of ticket and box office operations for events occurring at the sporting facility as well as managing our internal CRM processes for operational efficiency.

This position will work in close collaboration with the entire organization to ensure cohesion and synergy, especially regarding ticket sales. A strong focus on ticketing systems, manifest creation, and the proven ability to operate independently are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all ticket operations processes, including but not limited to: event creation, order processing, inventory management, payment plans, mobile ticket assistance, ticket exchanges, member account requests, etc.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event logistics, sales strategy, and execution of all related events
First point-of-contact for ticket sales representatives on event logistics and execution as well as external ticket partners and event promoters
Work with ticket provider (e.g. SeatGeek or similar) & USL support teams to troubleshoot system issues, event creation, reporting, etc.
Assist Finance team in reconciliation of all related events
Manage access control systems for all related events
Maintain quality control on ticket database and all related events
Assist Ticket Sales department with form creation and data capture processes
Work with various integrated ticketing partners on operational builds
Maneuver large data sets to efficiently execute operational tasks
Develop and operate internal complimentary ticket program and processes
Act as liaison with soccer operations staff on player, team, and league tickets
Hire, train, and oversee all matchday ticket operations and box office staff
Perform general ticket sales duties if needed
Assemble various ticket sales reports
Prepare and submit league reports as needed
Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings,
weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of ticket operations experience required
Ticketing platform (e.g. SeatGeek) experience required
General knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude
