DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Service Representative in the Arkansas and Missouri marketplace. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Effectively build/manage long-term customer (external and internal) relationships, as well as prospective customers by delivering solutions that meet and exceed demands
* Support existing accounts by assisting our field sales representatives in meeting sales objectives and increasing wallet share
* Monitor competitor activities including analyzing data to develop strategy recommendations for the Regional Sales Manager
* Provide solutions for metalworking fluid related issues for existing and prospective customers through testing and evaluating processes
* Responsible for productivity recommendations that highlight the proper application of DuBois value added products
* Interact regularly with internal/outside stakeholders
* Maintain contact with assigned distribution channels to promote/encourage sales and cross selling of DuBois products
* Evaluate existing authorized and prospective distributors
* Assist in growing sales and profitability for the company by identifying opportunities and deliver results
* Travel to current and prospective customers to development relationships and provide value

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Tooling, metalworking fluids, machining, water, operations, or maintenance experience preferred
* Proven knowledge and experience selling/servicing to end users and distributors preferred
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships at all levels of customers organization
* Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and high achievement orientation
* Driven to perform with the willingness to learn and grow
* Strong consultation, collaboration, and problem-resolution skills
* Ability to prioritize, follow up and complete projects while meeting deadlines
* Demonstrated understanding/knowledge of manufacturing applications and the role metalworking fluids play in the process
* Ability to understand technical processes and data gathering
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfil customer needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong time management skills, process orientation and attention to details
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to travel up to 50% including some overnight travel
* Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
EDUCATION REQUREMENTS
* Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
