Our client is a privately owned medical device manufacturer with an immediate opening for an Operations Finance Manager at its headquarters located in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and payroll functions
• Direct all financial planning and strategy
• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
• Overseeing audit and tax functions.
• Implement industrial controlling
• Developing and implementing accounting policies.
• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
• Reviewing departmental budgets.
• Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
• Implement and maintain ERP system.
• Manage internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance management and leadership
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Financial management experience.
• Superior communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus
