**What Youll Do**
* Liaison between customer, warehouse providers and internal shipping department; ensure communication with warehouse providers, customers and internal stakeholders is used effectively to achieve accurate outbound and inbound orders
* Interact with current customers on a daily basis
* Work in a team environment, but be self-motivated
* Maintain a positive attitude with the added ability to overcome objections and hurdles while managing key customers
* Serve as primary operations expert for day to day warehouse operations to customers and WarehouseQuote.com leadership team
* Build relationships with customers and warehouse partners
* Coordinate order and receipt scheduling with warehouse partners
* Manage inventory accuracy with warehouse partners
* Troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies
**Who You Are**
* Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
* Detail focused with great organizational skills
* Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
* Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties
* Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
* Sensitive to confidential information and matters
* 1+ years of logistics and warehouse operations experience required
* Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management required
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
* Self starter thats willing to take ownership of every situation
* Data administration (detail oriented data entry specialist)
* Previous international business experience or exposure is a plus
* Experience with international or domestic transportation is a plus
* Bachelors or advanced degree preferred
