Reporting to Senior Retail Marketing Manager, the Retail Marketing Specialist will support the ongoing demand generation and customer marketing initiatives for RSMeans data estimating solutions to specific target markets and personas. This position will work closely with sales and marketing to assist in the creation, implementation, and management of effective marketing programs to drive revenue and measure campaign and program results.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate ongoing marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, demand creation and customer engagement through multi-channel programs to drive revenue through eCommerce and Inside Sales. Responsibilities include marketing team coordination, campaign setup, content development, sales enablement, communication, and reporting.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure RSMeans data product messaging is included in marketing efforts in a consistent and impactful way.
* Campaign setup and management in multiple marketing systems and tools, including but not limited to Asana, Marketo and Salesforce.
* Update reporting and presentations as needed for marketing campaigns.
* Partner with Digital Marketing team to coordinate eCommerce promotions & digital advertising efforts.
* Provide sales enablement for the Retail Inside Sales team to assist in converting leads and retaining customers.
* Assist the Senior Retail Senior Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing projects and activities as needed.
* Research and identify new industry marketing and demand generation opportunities in order to drive aggressive growth of new customers through various channels.
* Keep up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum 3+ years experience in a marketing discipline preferably working with software licenses and SaaS offerings.
* Prior experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns with email, digital, social and ecommerce components.
* Project management experience preferred.
* Ability to create and manage multiple types of projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven ability to solve problems, handle conflict, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions quickly and thoroughly but with detail.
* Ability to manage and understand a variety of products and markets, including understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
* Fast learner, with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM and/or Email Marketing Systems
