Position Summary:
Execute and Manage order process from quote from sales request to purchase, purchase orders, production tracking,, supplier interaction, AJC operations interaction, all assuring on time availability of finished product for shipping. Progression to product quotations for AJC global sales team including supplier sales team interaction.
Scope of Internship:
- Full immersion into AJC systems by the One Globe Team
- Training with global sales teams on purchase management expectations
- Training with the global operations teams on best practices for smooth hand-off of purchases for on time shipment and delivery
- Extensive ongoing training with the Global Product Manager on the fundamentals of the purchase, detailed steps to execute effectively, and advancing to product purchasing and negotiations.
