RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a Nashville-based, entrepreneurial CRE investor, to find an Investment Associate for their growing Nashville team. Our client is very well-capitalized and they are very active in the market (40+ deals done in 3.5 years). They invest in virtually all asset types nationwide as a very opportunistic firm. The Investment Associate will be responsible for contributing on both the acquisitions and asset management platforms, and they will be instrumental in ensuring that the right deals are being pursued!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build robust flexible financial models as part of evaluating new investments
- Be very active in managing current assets in the portfolio
- Prepare and present investment committee materials
- Ability to be an abstract thinker and problem solver
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed 4-year degree (preference in finance, economics, development)
- 3-4 years of in-depth Excel modeling and underwriting across a variety of asset types
