**Our Bilingual Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service in both French and English on inbound calls to our guests and loyalty program members.** You will provide professional sales and customer service to our guests regarding their hotel reservation needs as well as complete reservation modifications, cancellations and receive general information calls for any of our 22 hotels brands around the world. Your ability to promote and upsell our products when offering to transfer our customers to our alliance partners will ensure your success in meeting sales and performance goals and earning incentives! In this role, as well, you will provide exceptional service to our Wyndham Rewards members with their inquiries through research, problem solving and the efficient resolution of specialized calls and correspondence. Your number one priority will be to provide best in class customer service.

**Our ideal candidate** will have proven a minimum 1 year of solid customer service and sales experience. Be proactive with strong time management and communication skills, act with integrity and be accountable to your team. Basic computer skills are considered an asset in the role including knowledge of email or outlook, internet researching, and multitasking using multiple screens and applications. Strong written and verbal communication is a requirement for this role.
