This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvanias Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc. Seven Springs Mountain Resort Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate individuals to help support our various food and beverage service areas. Positions in various outlets include cashiers, food support, runners, bushelp, dishwashers and cooks. Hired candidates will have the opportunity to work in various restaurants and outlets based on their own experience. Candidates must be willing to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:**
* Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items available.
* Attend pre-shift meetings and make note of items being served as specials.
* Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor
* Ensure prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance of all guests' needs.
* Greets guests, answers questions and makes recommendations regarding food and service.
* Ladles soups, prepares salads, portions desserts, brews coffee and performs other services depending upon restaurant capacity.
* Assists busser depending on volume.
* Responsible for individual balanced calculation of sales at the end of shift.
* In charge of ensuring section in clear, clean and ready for next shift.
* Support Food and Beverage management initiatives.
* Performs duties of those supervised as needed.
* Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
**Qualifications**
* Previous food and beverage experience a plus.
* ServSafe and/or Ramp certified a plus.
* Cash handling experience.
* Must possess strong customer service skills.
* Candidate must be available on evenings, weekends and holidays.
