The Role: Hotel Manager

Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.

Always ensures operating principles are being adhered to in order meet Bally's standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with all guests and employees to affect positively interactions with guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees
  • Reviews hotel occupancy, trends, and monitors casino counts and weather to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of service.
  • Develops and submits for approval the department budget. Adheres to approved budget for all supply and labor cost.


Qualifications:

Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Word required. PowerPoint and Opera skills highly desired.
