**Just An Overview**
We believe that if you work hard, you get to play hard. We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to sell and provide quality support to our clients and partnerships.
**Compensation:** Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission. Our average sales consultant makes 70k annually, top performers make over six-figures. On-target earnings would be 80k-90k.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k. Regular and predictive attendance is required
*Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently a remote team. However, we are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will only be considering candidates who are currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon. There will be work-from-home options following the end of the pandemic.
**What Youll Be Doing**
* You will educate and consult prospective clients about Boostabilitys SEO and Website products.
* You'll sell our SEO and Websites products to our direct clients.
* Youll provide support for our partners to help them close SEO and Website sales.
* Youll provide light audits for potential customers.
* You will facilitate ordering proposals and price quotations for prospects.
* You will help our partners and potential clients navigate our proven sales processes.
**What Youll Need to Succeed...**
* You have strong relationship building skills and enjoy working with a team!
* You have superior verbal skills and email communication skills.
* You possess a strong knowledge of SEO and are willing to learn more daily.
* Others would describe you as a self-driven and motivated person.
* You have strong customer service skills
* You have the ability and drive to see a sale through beginning to end, whether it's a 1 and done, or a 4-week close.
* You are organized and self-motivated with good judgment skills.
* Youre proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
* Youre at work and on time, on a day to day basis.
**Non-Required but Valuable Skills**
* You are fluent in movie quotes and memes.
* Mad foosball and ping pong skills
* Fiercely competitive, but like to see others succeed.
