Job Summary

As a Sales Representative with our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business development efforts, managing accounts, and promoting our range of printer supplies and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Greater Austin Area. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to capitalize on new sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate printer supplies and services to meet their requirements. Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including printer supplies and related accessories. Stay updated on the features and specifications of Toshiba and Kyocera machines, as well as other relevant equipment. Leverage product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and prospects.

Qualifications: Previous experience in MFP (Multi-Function Printer) sales is required. Familiarity with Toshiba and Kyocera machines is a plus. Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
