Job Details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock and merchandise redemption room
- Attend training courses for new games to stay abreast of new machines entering arcade
- Assist guests in operating games
- Assist in maintaining machines
- Deliver a high level of customer service by working arcade floor, answering incoming calls, and assisting guests in-person for optimal guest satisfaction
- Work cohesively with fellow Team Members specifically OWA Group Sales to execute group sales initiatives
- Act as a resource regarding arcade promotions and sales to guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Arcade, gaming or FEC experience a plus
- Register and cash handling experience a plus
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Must have a valid state issued driver's license with a reliable means of transportation
- Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug free workplace
