Job Opportunity: Nurse Team Leader (RN or LPN)

Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Nurse Team Leader to join our team in the TFH/APC department. The Nurse Team Leader will perform nursing duties, assist providers in the clinic, and lead the clinic nursing team to ensure high-quality nursing care for our patients. This role involves directing nursing staff, collaborating with medical providers, and maintaining patient confidentiality and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support for the clinic nursing team
- Ensure adequate staffing in the nursing department
- Delegate tasks and manage inventory of supplies
- Assist with direct patient care and triage
- Manage vaccine stock and inventory
- Address employee performance issues and provide improvement plans
- Communicate with the clinic manager regarding time-off requests for the nursing team
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or until all patient care is completed)
- Saturday rotation, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Typically, one afternoon or full day off per week
Qualifications:
- RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- One year of previous clinic experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a leadership role beneficial
