Your Duties - You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site
- Clear communication regarding project timelines, progress updates, and any challenges that arise to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Act as a liaison between crew members, management, and sometimes clients

They work on projects ranging in value from $50k - $5m, with a primary focus on re-roofing (80%) and new construction (20%) in both the public and private sectors.
Key Requirements- 3 years' experience as a commercial roofing supervisor/foreman
- Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Built-up, Mod-bit)
- Strong leader and manager of people
