Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Nurse Practitioner at Mendota Health. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced wound care, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating chronic, stalled, and advanced/hard-to-treat wounds, developing personalized care plans, and providing wound care education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in wound care
- Expertise in point-of-care treatment decision-making, wound debridement, and advanced biologics
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in home healthcare or wound care is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
