In this role you will be responsible for a variety of important administrative to help keep our team running smoothly and effectively.


Contract to Hire

Location: Waltham, free parking

Hours: 8:30-5:30

Pay: $25/hr

Salary: 50-55k


Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing incoming transfer requests for advisor offices joining the team and processing in a timely manner

- Reviewing incoming transfer correspondence from our back office, National Financial Services and verifying relevant information related to the request

- Placing calls to contra firms to inquire about firm requirements and transfer status

- Potential for other duties as needed


Core strengths:

- Able to process high volume of repetitive tasks with accuracy

- Self-motivated

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Able to handle several tasks at once and switch gears when needed

- Attention to detail


Must have:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred

-MS Office


Nice to have:

-Previous experience in financial services
