We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investor Relations and Fundraising Manager to join our commercial real estate client in Brickell. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, managing fundraising efforts for a $100 million fund, and driving business development initiatives to support our growth objectives in the commercial real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential investors for our $100 million fund.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, family offices, and investment firms.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch materials, conducting presentations, and negotiating investment terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and asset management, to ensure alignment with investor expectations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the commercial real estate market.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of our company within the investor community.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, investment performance, and industry trends to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation in investor relations and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development roles within the commercial real estate or investment management industry.
  • Strong network of investor contacts and relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and achieving fundraising targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and deal structuring.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fundraising and investor relations.
