**Job Summary:**

The Marketing Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the Vice President of Business Development or other designee to ensure proper administrative organization and operation of the Sales Department at Homestead

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum one (2) years experience in administrative assistant, office manager, or other position requiring similar responsibilities.

- Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.

- Organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle administrative support for sales managers communications, conference calls, meetings and schedules.

- Compile weekly, monthly and annual CRM reports for trending of Sales Staff

- Maintain up to date materials in Sales and Marketing Folder on the Shared Drive

- Prepare new sales presentations to be used in the field which requires powerpoint and excel skills.

- Update and maintain territory spreadsheets and run CRM reports per CRM.

- Assist with Brightree data sales reports and assist operations with daily census spreadsheet reports as necessary.

- Print Brightree Sales Reports as needed.

- Contacts some Referral Sources to schedule appointments for VP of Business Development.

- Maintain and document Sales Shared Drive and forward presentations to those sales managers and salespeople needing assistance.

- Prepare Monday Morning Sales Meeting reports and agenda.

- Miscellaneous other Administrative duties as necessary for proper efficiency of the Sales Department.
