Are you passionate about quality? As our Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence. You'll spearhead the planning and execution of all quality requirements, ensuring seamless conformance to certification standards and exceeding customer expectations. From documenting non-conforming findings to actively resolving issues and preventing future occurrences, you'll lead by example, utilizing your expertise and the latest quality tools to elevate our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Represent the pinnacle of quality expertise, collaborating with internal teams to address manufacturing challenges head-on.

Innovative Approaches: Champion innovative quality control initiatives, approving and overseeing supplier/customer production activities for maximum effectiveness.

Process Optimization: Maintain and enhance quality control systems and procedures, including APQP, PPAP, and IMDS activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts by managing and auditing TS16949 systems, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong relationships with customers and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters and facilitating productive interactions.

Document Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, from initial production stages to product launches and beyond, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every step.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; however, relevant experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in Class A Automotive/Manufacturing environments, with expertise in areas such as Hot Stamping, Cold Stamping, Welding, or Assembly.

Leadership Skills: Previous management experience in Automotive Quality is essential, with a preference for TS-16949 familiarity.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GD&T standards and experience with electrical or mechanical products, with electro-mechanical experience viewed as highly advantageous.

Quality Systems: Proven track record in developing and implementing quality systems and standards, including FMEAs, PPAPs, Control Plans, and APQPs.
