Job Title: Senior Project Developer - Energy Systems (Electrical)
As a Senior Project Developer specializing in Energy Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales strategy for individual accounts, with a primary focus on Distributed Energy Systems, including Energy Storage and Microgrid solutions.
Essential Position Functions
- Collaborate with business development to formulate sales strategies tailored to individual enterprise accounts.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Craft project and deal economics to support the sale of enterprise accounts.
- Identify and implement effective and profitable energy projects within targeted vertical markets nationwide.
- Cultivate relationships with subcontractors across various geographic locations.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for energy savings.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for regional adoption as enterprise sales expand.
- Work closely with internal partners in development and project management.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
- Proven track record in complex sales or project development, preferably within energy efficiency, solar, and/or energy storage sectors.
- Proficiency in relationship building, lead generation, overcoming technical and financial obstacles, navigating contracting procedures, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise verticals and associated energy systems, particularly in industrial and healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies development, including solar, biogas, and wind.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
