Join us!Professional Services Portfolio and Program ManagerJob SummaryEnterprise DB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Portfolio and Program Manager to join our team. The CX Portfolio and Program Manager will be responsible for customer success data strategy and integrity, reporting and monitoring business performance and optimizing operations and processes within the Customer Success team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Manage and improve the operational processes associated with planning, pricing, developing, enabling and rolling out lifecycle services for EDB s customersCollaborate with various stakeholders to define and develop a CX Solution Portfolio that drives customer success and ROIMeasure, analyze and refine services based on customer, partner and internal feedback, financial results and other relevant metricsLead and contribute to other CX initiatives to support customer value realization, retention and growth and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of the CX teamDevelop communication materials and host internal events/meetings related to CX initiatives and regular meetings, such as CX All Hands CallsRequirements:Strong project and program management skills, including proven success with project management methodologies and tools2 years in a Professional Services Program Management or Practice RoleAdvanced skills in Google Slides/Microsoft PowerPoint.Intermediate skills in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.Strong cross-functional project management skillsCompetency with Salesforce reportingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Information Systems or Related fieldEDB is committed to supporting our employees' overall well being by offering a range of benefits and resources to promote a healthy work-life balance and wellness.
