Full TimeHigh School or equivalentDescriptionResponsibilitiesAssists the Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the departmentCleans, organizes and maintains the condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipmentAssists service technicians as needed, including delivery of partsAssists service technicians with repairing, servicing and moving equipmentAccountable for billable time and assigned work ordersResponsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of information.May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledgeOperates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilitiesMaintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashionFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesExperience, Education, Skills and KnowledgeExperience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processesExperience with basic computer functionsExperience working cooperatively in a team environmentExperience communicating effectively verbally and in writingMust have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities (may be provided by dealership)Valid driver's license required*Safety Sensitive Position
