Job Summary

Assist and support the faculty and staff at the Helmerich Advanced Technology Research Center with various building management and logistical duties. Responsibilities include tasks relating to building access and management, facilities management, and instructional space management.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High school degree/GED and bachelors degree in related field or two years post secondary & two years experience or HS and 4 years related experience, including one year of work in academic environment.

Experience with project management, building management, and personnel interactions.

Requires excellent customer service, telephone, record keeping, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Adept at handling multiple priorities.

Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and direct working experience at research centers that are access controlled is preferred.

Five years of related experience. OR Two to four years.

Experience in working in an academic or government work environment.
