Senior Strategic Support Customer Experience Analyst


Job Details

- Under minimal supervision, manage projects related to supply chain solutions, focusing on improving service performance and customer engagement. This includes designing and implementing new solutions and resolving issues.
-Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and enhance customer experience.
-Utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools, drive innovation, improve quality, and forecast customer-centric results.

Proactively provide recommendations for company and customer opportunities and internal processes across departments. You'll also maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, regularly presenting analytical results and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities May Include:
-Review and correct any inaccuracies related to valuation, country of origin, unit of measure, and classification.
-Interact with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary documents for import clearance.
-Assist in reconciliation processes.
-Ensure import activities adhere to government laws and regulations.
-Define, enable, and oversee customs import control processes and systems.
-Maintain records and prepare for import entry audits.
-Apply quality principles to identify process enhancements, explore available options, and recommend implementation strategies.
-Occasional travel alongside sales professionals to build relationships with clients

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree.

* 4 years' experience in external customer problem resolution.

* Strong knowledge of business software applications.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Deep understanding of international shipping and brokerage

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience planning/coordinating air and ocean shipments

* Experience working with customs import controls and clearance

* Certified Export Specialist (CES

* Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)

* Master Export Specialist (MES)

* Customs Broker License (CBL)

* Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or related
