** Rail Car Material Handler**

This position starts out at $16.45 and up, depending on experience. This is a full time seasonal position with a winter layoff and a spring recall.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsiblefor moving freight, stock, or other materials over short distances from railcars to trucks.
**EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- High School diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Drivers License required.
**DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Uses safe work procedures that comply with safety policies and regulations.
- Move freight, stock and other materials by hand.
- Load or unload railcars or trucks.
- Unloads and inspects incoming materials and verifies receipts.
- Keeps records of materials received.
- Keeps facility yard clean and organized.
- Maintain & clean vehicles, machinery and other equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typical hours during Production are 5an-5pm M-F. Occasional Saturdays.
