Bridge is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships and building on client business success to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in or catering to the Ad/MarTech industries, have an understanding of Digital Media, Data, Programmatic Media and be in a sales and/or business development role.
Major responsibilities:
- Driving revenue growth with existing partners and new business
- Driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners and building the brand among exchange industry leaders
- Managing pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Working with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging and positioning
- Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross- functional teams, and business partners
- Working with the rest of the team on building the different use cases on top of the existing ones
Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of BD professional experience, working in or catering to the MarTech industry in a data sales and/or business development role
- Understanding of data marketing ecosystem, specifically DMP, DSP and programmatic buying processes
- Solid understanding of mobile advertising, optimization strategies with an aptitude for emerging technology with major players in the digital advertising landscape
- Understand the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing and audience targeting
- Strong sales skills; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and closing net new business
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field
