Inspecting prepared food to ensure adherence to prescribed specifications (appearance, quality, temperature, etc).- Leads the planning and development of food and culinary education programs for food and nutrition professionals, foodservice managers, nutrition fellows, dietetic students, dietetic interns and/or other hospital professionals.- Encourages self-development and learning for leadership staff through regular feedback, training programs and work experiences.Provides oversight to the patient-focused program to drive satisfaction and patient experience outcomes.- Evaluates and implements strategies to improve overall patient experience.- Participates as a member of all JHHS Food and Culinary Services patient satisfaction team.- Leads team approach to improved food quality through use of standardized recipes, equipment and approaches.
