Patient Care:

• Assess and organize patient data efficiently, adapting care to individual needs.
• Monitor patient status closely, adjusting care plans as needed with critical thinking.
• Maintain and update nursing skills for optimal patient care.
• Plan for patient discharge and follow-up care, ensuring continuity.
• Manage specimen collection and daily routines according to protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of unit.
• Participate in performance improvement efforts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.

Other Requirements:

• ASN required, BSN preferred.
• Good interpersonal, phone, and computer skills necessary.
• We would love for you to have two years of ICU/CCU experience
• A current CCRN or CEN, TNCC would be great!
• Current RN License in Wyoming, BLS required at hire
• ACLS and PALS or ENPC within 3 months
• CPI within 6 months
