Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support the design, development, and acquisition of military communications systems that deliver mission-critical tactical network connectivity to the Soldier, worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Assists as tasked by government personnel in developing and maintaining provisioning data management for PM lifecycle managed equipment. Support includes provisioning for new/existing weapon systems including supporting the development of the Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), to include Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts Special Tools List (RPSTL), provisioning screening/reviewing Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), supporting provisioning events to include provisioning conferences, provisioning guidance conferences, logistics demonstrations (LOG DEMO), program in-progress-review (IPR), and technical manual verifications, etc. Interprets current provisioning regulations to include SAE-GEIA-0007C, AR 700-82, AR 750-1, AR 700-18, AR 708-1, 40051-2B/C/D, and 4100.39M-Volumes 1-13. Creates and/or maintains provisioning data for weapon systems. Must be able to review, interpret, create, maintain, change, analyze provisioning technical documentation and manage it in databases of record to include Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army), with knowledge of using the Logistics Product Data Store (LPDS) process to effect updates. Shall act as a subject matter expert in Integrated Product Teams as a provisioning subject matter expert to include providing recommendations, and analyzing contract deliverables, engineering change proposals (ECPs), or other provided data in the form of PPLs, EDFP, RPSTLs, and can interpret output from Maintenance Allocation Charts (MACs) and the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to assess provisioning impacts or recommendations. Reviews and analyzes contract provisioning Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables such as EDFP and provides recommendations to the Government Task Lead on CDRL deliverables. Supports: the creation and updates to the PMR and the Materiel Master (MM), processes National Stock Number (NSN) requests, Supply Support Requests (SSRs), building a Build of Material (BOM) within LMP, and all provisioning coding and transaction processes. Participates and supports provisioning Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings and provides recommendations to government personnel that conform to all DOD and Army logistics data regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of provisioning experience
- Knowledge of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)
- Knowledge of the Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
- Skilled use of SAE-GEIA-0007C in interpreting provisioning technical documentation
- Knowledge of DoD 4100.39m-Volume 1-13 (FLIS Volumes), AR 700-82, AR 700-18, AR 708-1, AR-750-1
- Knowledge of MIL STD 40051-2B/C/D
- Knowledge of the Joint Electronics Designation System (JETDS)
- Knowledge of PowerLog-J
- Knowledge of the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)
- Knowledge of the Equipment Publication System
- Knowledge of the Selected Essential Item Stockage Availability Method (SESAME)
- Knowledge of the H6 Cataloging Handbook, H4/H8
- Knowledge of Engineering drawing development, Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Family Tree
- 20-30% Travel
