**WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER RUGBY BASED - 40,000 - 45,000. 9am 5-m Monday to Friday no weekends!**
We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to Perform general and technical work in support of all warehouse activities. Responsibilities include gathering data and reporting for the receiving, stockroom and shipping KPIs. Ensuring the administrative daily inflow and outflow of materials are processed. Supporting with team training, writing SOPs. In addition, supporting receiving, stockroom and shipping. Reports directly to Operations Director.
**Responsibilities:**
* Compile data from ERP and report as needed in support of key performance indicator monitoring for warehouse operations.
* Run daily Orders Released reports and ensures proper processing to close and deliver orders.
* Gathers data and reports on inflow & outflow metrics of the facility.
* Record and Supports all aspects of inventory movement through ERP system.
* Supports in training new hires.
* Documents and resolves any discrepancies in the warehouse inventory management.
* Assist as needed loading/unloading pallets.
* Assist as needed picking/packing/labeling shipments.
* Participating in periodic cycle counts of material as needed.
* Assist with and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
* Perform other duties related to special projects assigned by line manager
* Manage a team of a minimum 2 individuals to aid the pick, pack & delivery processes of the facility.
* Identify and implement process improvement plans for the facility.
* Hands on experience in setting up new facilities.
**Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:**
* 5 years of warehouse experience required at a minimum of a supervisory level.
* Managed a small team (up to 5 individuals)
* Microsoft Office experience such as Excel.
* ERP knowledge and usage, such Oracle Netsuite or similar.
* Must be detail-oriented and organized, and familiar with computer systems for data entry and inquiry.
* Experience of manually operating a facility without a WMS.
* Implementing and managing a WMS
* Motivates other team members
* Qualified to use reach truck and manual hydraulic stackers
