We are expanding our operations and inviting motivated individuals to join our Warehouse and Shipping team, supporting the output of our skilled Machine Operators.
Our manufacturing process incorporates CNC Machines, Lathe Machines, and Vertical Machines to create high-quality aluminum products. To meet the growing demand, we are seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator position at our Roseville facility.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of aluminum products created by our Machine Operators. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming aluminum products from the production area.
- Safely and accurately storing, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.
- Warehouse Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance; supporting our Machine upkeep and cleanliness
- Preparing and packaging aluminum products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Coordinating the timely shipping of products to customers, including arranging transportation and tracking deliveries.
- Collaborating with the Machine Operators and Production team to maintain accurate inventory levels and anticipate material needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse and shipping operations is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to candidates with strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging machinery.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a well-organized warehouse.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and preparing shipments.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
