Following engineering best practices, translate business and product needs into system designs and architectures that align with the company s strategic goals. (Product Architecture)
  • Serve as a senior technical resource across our entire electrical product portfolio. Lead the electrical engineering team as they design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable electrical schematics and PCB layouts for both analog and digital products. Work with production and engineering teams to identify and design physical fixtures, jigs, or other tooling that can support manufacturing or testing processes. (Electrical Engineering)
  • Work with engineering leadership to ensure the effective design and execution of electrical engineering development projects from start to finish, including concept creation, technical design, prototyping, testing, and procurement. Work with adjacent engineering, product, and project management teams to develop technical scopes and to accurately estimate timelines for electrical engineering projects. (Project Management)
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test fixtures and test plans for electrical products (both analog and digital). Provide support during the testing process, when necessary. Work with engineering and application support teams to identify defects or imperfections in products, and work with the engineering team to devise solutions to these problems. (Product Testing)
  • Provide electrical engineering-based mentoring and technical guidance to engineering team members and ensure the engineering team adheres to industry standard best practices with respect to quality, organization, and documentation. (Engineering Quality)
