MOTION AD DESIGNER (Marketing)

Brand.co is a performance digital marketing agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in data-driven strategies to enhance online presence and drive sales growth. We blend design and marketing to create impactful campaigns that deliver strong results across various industries.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Motion Designer to create engaging social media ads for DTC clients. You'll be responsible for designing and producing motion ads and graphics that enhance brand visibility, engage users, and drive conversions. As a strategic thinker, you must use insights from marketing data to craft impactful and creative ads.
Responsibilities:
- Design and animate high-quality motion and video ads in various formats, and for various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and others.
- Work with the creative team to understand the project briefs and create motion and video ad concepts that align with the client s goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under quick deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and animation design for social media ads. Candidates without a portfolio link in their resume, or without a portfolio, will not be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and their advertising requirements and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and its application in video content to drive engagement and conversions.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail in all aspects of design and branding with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
- Must be living in Los Angeles, California.
