- Responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process for all staff, from research and sourcing through the offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates.
- Responsible for managing the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation and scheduling interviews with an emphasis on identifying staff to meet the needs of students. Also responsible for conducting, assessing and monitoring all required background screening protocols, as indicated by licensing requirements, for each chosen candidate.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting.
experience with posting positions and sourcing on several job boards.
