Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and cold calling.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to communicate client requirements and assist in the candidate selection process.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving business needs and propose staffing solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional client service, managing and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in a Windows environment, including MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is desired.
